Since 2010, we have been committed to providing quality dry cleaning that doesn’t discriminate.  As a registered NDIS provider, Pride Dry Cleaning is passionate about working with you and your NDIS support team to ensure you can walk away with pride after using our dry cleaning and Laundry services. That is why we became the first registered dry cleaning NDIS provider in the Hunter region. 

Our personal journey

When Jennie and Phil took over the business in 2010, they never could’ve anticipated what was to come a few years later with Phil’s cancer diagnosis. His treatment in 2014 left him undergoing a full hind quarter amputation and bound him to life in a wheelchair.

Unfortunately, Phil is no longer with us, but his commitment to ensuring those with disabilities have equal access to care and quality services remain a key part of our business philosophy.

What we can do as a registered NDIS provider

As a registered NDIS provider, we work directly with NDIS participants, Plan Managers, Support, and Local Care Coordinators to ensure dry cleaning services are easy and accessible for everyone.

Our NDIS dry cleaning services include:

  • Dry cleaning wash and fold on a range of items. This includes general household items (doonas, sheets, pillowcases, and other bedding), clothing, uniforms, and stained/soiled items.
  • Personal drop-off and pick-up services straight to your door, 
  • Advice on the best clothing repair and washing techniques, and
  • Clothing tailoring or alterations.

In fact, our drivers make a conscientious effort to provide not only a service, but a friendship to our NDIS customers. We understand that communication and support is important to the NDIS community.
